Dental Insurance: Our office can file with most insurance companies. We are more than happy to send your claim for you. We are a participating provider with Anthem/Blue Cross Blue Shield, Delta Dental, and United Concordia. If you are unsure about your insurance we will do our best to answer your questions.
Payment is expected on the day the services are rendered. If you have a deductible with your insurance plan or a co-payment for a particular service that is the estimated amount due at that time. We do our very best to provide an accurate estimate, however, dental insurance is subject to verification and is never a guarantee of payment. If your insurance plan does not pay your balance in full then you are responsible for the difference. Your explanation of benefits from the insurance company will be mailed to you directly and covers all the information needed to explain any bill you may receive from our office.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Debit cards. We also offer payment plan options for our patients with extensive treatment plans. We currently offer the Dental Fee Plan and American General Financing.
